SIRRC was formed as a 9 member commission with 3 representatives appointed by each of the 3 sponsoring organizations that meet quarterly to discuss gaming in Southeast Iowa.

Reports are open to the public and Southeast Iowa Regional Riverboat Commission strives to make agendas, minutes and financials available.
